DAY 1
Board your overnight flight, we have departures from most major Cities. DAY 2 Be greeted and assisted by our representative, transfer to your Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. DAY 3 After breakfast visit the legendary Pyramids of the Giza Plateau (Cheops,Kephren and Mykerinus), nearby the Sphinx faces due east. Followed by a visit to Memphis first Capital of the ancient Kingdom, see the great Alabaster Sphinx, the colossal granite statue of Ramses, then drive to Sakkara view the Step Pyramid of Zoser the oldest in the world. Lunch included. Overnight in Cairo. Optional you may return in the evening to the Pyramids of Giza for a magical Sound and Light Show. DAY 4 Today fly to Luxor. Board your Nile cruise on time for lunch. Start your tour with a visit to Luxor Temple and continue to Karnak Temple, both temples great examples of the greatness of ancient Egypt, stunning complex dating from the 1400 BCE. Walk among lotus topped columns and colosssal statues. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included. Overnight in Luxor. DAY 5 Tour the West Bank of the Nile, visit the magnificent Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens, you'll be able to enter three of the great pharaoh's tombs amazingly preserved more than 3,000 years. Stop for a photo of the towering Colossi of Memnon. Queen Hatshepsut's temple and the Pharaonic workers village are two more hightlights of this tour. Breakfast, Lunch, dinner included. Overnight aboard on your way to Esna and Edfu. DAY 6 Today visit the Temple of Horus, The Falcon God, possibly the most complete in Egypt. Continue sailing to Komombo to visit the temple shared by two Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Kom Ombo Temple will rise up in the east as the sunset begins, you will enjoy its magnificent columns under the glow of sunset. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner included. Tonight enjoy a special costume Party on Board. Overnight in Komombo. DAY 7 Cruise to Aswan, Visit the Aswan High Dam and the ancient granite quarries to to see the magnificent unfinished obelisk, it would have been the largest ever erected if it hadn't cracked before it was fully quarried. The Aswan Dam captures the world's longest river, the Nile, completed in 1970 after 10 years of work. Later in the afternoon sail in a traditional Nile Felucca arround Aswan's Botanical Gardens. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included. Overnight in Aswan. DAY 8 After Breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Cairo. Optional Excursion, to the Temples of Abu Simbel one of Egypt's most famous sites, rescued from the waters of Lake Nasser by a team of UNESCO engineers, and moved stone by stone to it's new location. Breakfast included. Overnight in Cairo. DAY 9 Today enjoy a Tour of Old Cairo, starting with the Citadel of Salahaldin, dating back to the 12th Century, visit the great Mohammed Ali Mosque, admire the ancient streets houses and mosques of the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar district. Continue with a must see visit of the renowed Egyptian Museum wich houses the most complete pharaonic treasures, specially the golden treasures of Tut Ankh Amun, do not miss the Mummies room. Breakfast and Lunch included. Overnight in Cairo. DAY 10 Tour ends. Transfer to airport for your flight back home.
