DAY 1
Arrival in Cochin. On arrival our representative will meet and assist you with a transfer to your hotel. Today the day will be at Leisure. In the evening visit the famous dance drama of Kerala, the Kathakali. This dance can be characterized by grotesque gesticulations, amazing costumes and very extensive make-up. The stories are mostly taken from the epics Mahabharatha and Ramayana. Overnight at your hotel in Chochin.

DAY 2
After breakfast you will proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city of Cochin. Places you will visit:
The Jewish Synagogue: It was built in 1568 by the prosperous Jewish trading community. Decorated with Chinese, but no two tiles resemble each other. The interiors are beautifully decorated with Belgian Chandeliers and grand lighting. It is rated as the oldest synagogue in all the 53 member countries of the common wealth of nations.
The St. Francis Church: Has a great historical significance as it stands as an evidence of the European colonial struggle in India. Also the oldest church built by the Europeans in India.
The Santa Cruz Basilica: It is amongst the oldest churches in India and is also one of the eight Basillicas in the country counted as one of the heritage edifices of Kerala. It was built in 1505 by the first Portuguese Viceroy, Francesco de Almeida. In 2004 the church completed 5 centuries of its existence. Its architecture is a blend of the Indo European & the Gothic style.
The Dutch Palace: The Dutch Palace was originally built by the Portuguese. Later, in 17th century, the Dutch modified it and presented it to the Raja of Kochi. Coronation of many Rajas of Kochi were held here. The palace has a fine collection of mural paintings depicting scenes from the Hindu epics Mahabharatha and Ramayana.
Spice market: Along with beaches and backwaters Cochin is famous for its spice production. The production and export of spices in Cochin dates back to around 600 years ago. The merchants of the city used to trade in spices with the Arabs, Jews, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese. Some of the famous spices of Cochin are black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger and chillies.
Chinese Fishing Nets: The chinese fishing nets (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to Cochin. Many fishermen earn their livelihood by fishing using these massive nets. A whole stretch of the coast along Fort Kochi and Vypeen are dotted with these nets.

DAY 3
After breakfast take a beautiful drive to Munnar. The journey is about three and a half hours of drive. On arrival our representative will meet and assist you to your hotel. Rest of the day at Leisure.
Munnar: One of the most popular hill resort towns in Kerala. It has the highest peak in India. Munnar is an ideal destination for a peaceful vacation. It offers a variety to the visitors in terms of sightseeing as there are lots of tourist attractions including the lakes, dams, wild life sanctuaries and tea and spice plantations. Overnight at your hotel in Munnar.

DAY 4
After breakfast you will visit:
Pothamedu: Pothamedu offers you a beautiful view of Manicured Tea Gardens, Lush Coffee Plantations & wood shaded cardamom estates which make this place a great tourist attraction. It is situated 6 kms from the city and is one of the major plantation hubs of Munnar.
Devikulam: Devikulam, 7 km from Munnar, is another hill station known for its green meadows, exotic flora and fauna and the pristine mountains. It also has the Sita Devi Lake which is a good option for picnic. The water of the lake has minerals, which contains curative properties. The lake is also ideal for trout fishing. Overnight at your hotel in Munnar.

DAY 5
After breakfast take a scenic drive to Periyar. The journey is about two and a half hours. On your way to Periyar have a scenic view of the plantation of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and areca nut. On arrival our representative will meet and assist you to your hotel. In the evening enjoy the most popular boat trip at the National Park. Overnigth at your hotel in Periyar.

DAY 6
After breakfast take a guided tour of the plantation of various spices and other aromatic plants. Afternoon visit the local market for some shopping. Rest of the day at leisure. Overngith at your hotel in Periyar.

DAY 7
After breakfast drive to kumarakom. The journey is about 30 mins.
Kumarakoram: forms a part of Kerala's rice bowl. This little village is an island of paradise, untouched by time. Kumarakom is a popular tourism destination located near the city of Kottayam. Famous for its backwater tourism, It is set in the backdrop of the Vembanad Lake which is the largest freshwater lake in the state of Kerala. Today you will visit:
Traditional country craft boats and canoes: which will take you into the heart of the scenic lake.
The bird sanctuary: The 14 acre bird sanctuary situated on the eastern banks of the Verbanad Lake. The sanctuary which is the hotspot of the different species of birds as well as the migratory ones. There are to be found water fowls, water ducks, cuckoos, wild ducks, egrets, darters, herons, teals, and the migratory Siberian cranes. Overnight at your hotel in Kumarakom.

DAY 8
After breakfast board your houseboat from the Kumarakom jetty. Staying in the moving palace is a breathtaking experience. During the cruise and also visit some of the villages to see their techniques and procedure in Coir making. Overnight in your houseboat in the midst of the lake.

DAY 9
After a leisurely breakfast on board disembark at the Allepy Jetty. The Allepy Jetty is also known as the Venice of the east cause of the narrow canals and backwaters. From there drive to Kovalam which is approximately two hours drive. On arrival our representative will meet and assist you to your hotel. Rest of the day at Leisure.
Kovalam: Three curve shaped beaches, alienated by stony outcroppings, from the major attraction of this coastal region.Backed by precipitously mounting headlands and covered by fertile coconut palms, the beaches, especially the southern most part make great tourist attraction. Overnight at your hotel in Kovalam.

DAY 10
Full day on the beach at leisure. Overnight at your hotel in Kovalam.

DAY 11
End of Tour.
