DAY 1: Delhi
Arrival at Delhi. On arrival our representative will assist you to your hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Delhi.

DAY 2: Delhi
After breakfast leave for a half day sightseeing tour of Old Delhi. Places you will visit are:
Jamma Masque: Jama Masjid is the largest mosque in India and stands across the road from the Red Fort, built in 1656 by Shahjahan. About 20,000 people can pray here at a time.
Chandani Chowk: Originally called Shahjaanabad, a very well known market which was once visited by merchants from around the world. It is one of the major shopping hubs of Delhi. A visit to Delhi would be incomplete without a trip to Chandni Chowk.
Red Fort: One of the most spectacular pieces of Mughal Architecture. Built by Shah Jahan in the 17th century. The walls extend up to 2 kilometers in length. It is now a busy market place called the "Meena Bazaar". The Bazaar has an excellent collection of antiques, miniature paintings & beautifully crafted Ivory Jewellery. After your tour of Old Delhi, return to your hotel for lunch.
After Lunch, leave for a tour of New Delhi. Places you will visit are:
Qutab Minar: One of the most all & attractive monuments in Delhi. It can be seen from most of the parts of the city. It is among the tallest towers in the world. It was built and completed before 1200 AD. It is a masterpiece of the Mughal architecture with beautiful carvings.
Raj Ghat: This is the place where the Father of the Nation "Mahatma Gandhi" was cremated. Raj Ghat is a simple square platform with a black memorial stone with "Hey Ram" inscribed on it as those were the last words said by him after he got shot at.
India Gate: the largest war memorial in India. It is a prominent landmark in Delhi and commemorates the 90,000 soldiers of the Indian Army who lost their lives during the British Raj World War One. It is composed of Red sandstone & granite and 42 meters in height.
Connaught Place: one of the largest financial, commercial & business centres in Delhi. Its surroundings occupy a place if pride amongst the heritage structure of the city. Officially known as the Rajiv Chowk named after the former prime minister of India "Rajiv Gandhi".
After your tour on your way back to the hotel take a drive through the Presidents House. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Delhi.

DAY 3: Delhi
After Breakfast, morning is at leisure. In the afternoon our representative will assist you to your train and help you with your boarding on the coach.
Departure for Jaipur, Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 4: Jaipur
Arrival in Jaipur, After Breakfast depart from coach for a sightseeing tour.
Places you will visit are:
Hawa Mahal: a major landmark and a famous tourist attraction, built in 1799. The splendid Rajputana architecture of Hawa Mahal speaks of the glory of the Royal Family. Hawa Mahal means "Palace Of Wind". Was built to enable the ladies of the royal household to watch street processions while remaining in a strict state of Purdha. It is shaped like a pyramid with 5 stories & 953 small windows decorated with Lattice work. These windows are made of pink sandstone and are commonly known as "Jharokhas".
Amber Fort: Located in the Aravali hills (range of mountains in western India and eastern Pakistan, running approximately 800 km from northeast to southwest) The Amber Fort is built in 1592 with white marble & red sandstone. With its crystal mirror image on the still water of the lake makes a beautiful illusion. The outer appearance of the fort is rough & craggy but the intricate carvings, mirror work inside on the walls & ceiling simply astonish the visitors by its grand appearance. After your tour enjoy an Elephant Ride at the Amber Fort. Enjoy some Shopping at the State Handicraft Emporium. You will find a variety of objects to shop like Jackets, Kurtas (Tops), Sarees, Jewellery, Paintings form Rajasthan depict legends which capture the royalty in poetic images, bed sheets and other Indian artefacts.
City Palace: one of the most famous & a major Landmark to the city of Jaipur. Its outstanding art & architecture, series of gardens, courtyards & building with a touch of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture make it a great tourist attraction.
Lunch will be at a Palace Hotel, After your tour return back to the train and depart for Jaisalmer. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 5: Jaisalmer
Arrival at Jaisalmer. After breakfast depart from coach for a sightseeing tour. Place you will visit are:
Jaisalmer Fort: A monument worth visiting for you to find different kind of facts & glories about a heritage. It is the second oldest in Rajasthan. 250 ft tall made of sand stone. It is one of the largest forts in the world. Its massive yellow sandstone walls are a tawny lion colour during the day, fading to honey gold as the sun sets, thereby camouflaging the fort in the yellow desert. This is the reason it is also known as the Golden Fort.
Havelis (old Mansions): The beautiful sandstone mansions of Jaisalmer owned by wealthy merchants are known as "Havelis". Their elaborate homes are a poem etched out in sandstone with infinite details of carved peaces in different patterns. Some of the Havelis which are a must to see are the Nathamal, Patwan and Salim Singh.
Return to the train for lunch. After lunch board off the train and depart for Sand Dunes and Camel Ride.
After a fun day return to your coach to enjoy a lovely dinner along with a cultural program. Train will depart for Jodhpur. Overnight on board.

DAY 6: Jodhpur
Arrival in Jodhpur. After breakfast depart from train for a sightseeing tour. Today you will visit:
Meharangarh Fort: Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur is one of the largest forts in forts. It is also the most magnificent fort in Jodhpur, in fact, in the whole Rajasthan. The fort is amongst the popular tourist places in India. It is situated on a 150 m high hill. Seven gates have to be crossed to reach the fort. The gates still bear the marks of the various battles fought in the bygone era.
Jaswant Thada: The Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur is an example of architectural brilliance in India. Its white marble memorial built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. The carving shows the genius of the sculptors. These stones are extremely thin and polished. The outside surface of the monument emits a warm glow when the sunrays fall in its surface.
Lunch at the Umaid Bhawan Palace: Located in Jodhpur and is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by the Taj Group of Hotels. At present the owners of the palace live there too. The construction of this palace took 15 years with approximately 5000 msn working on it. The building does not use any cement or mortar to bind the stones together. They are carved stones which are joined together by a system carved which is interlocking of positive and negative pieces.
After your tour and dinner, return to your coach and depart for Sawai Madhopur. Dinner on board.

DAY 7: Sawai Madhopur
After breakfast depart for the Ranthambore National park.
Ranthambore National Park: one of the biggest and most renowned national park in north India. It was once the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur. The tigers are a great attraction here and along with them you will also enjoy several varieties of birds, leopards, caracal, hyena, jackal, crocodiles, bears and different types of deer's. After your tour return back to the train for a departure to Chittorgarh. After reaching board off train for a sightseeing tour and visit the:
Chittorgarh Fort: also known as the water fort cause the fort has 84 water bodies out of which only 22 now remain. The fort is spreas over 700 hectars and 40 percent of those are the water bodies. The fort is regarded as one of the most outstanding forts in the country and is a pride to Rajasthan. The fort has storirs of romance, courage, determination and sacrifice. The fort still makes one think about the glory of the Rajputs who lived here. The imposing Fort boasts of the well-designed palaces, magnificent cenotaphs and huge towers.

After your visit to the fort return back to your coach and depart for Agra. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 8: Agra and Bharatpur
Arrive at Bharatpur this morning. After breakfast depart train for a tour to the: Bird Sanctuary: Also known as the Keoladeo National Park. The sanctuary had thousands of rare birds earlier but as of today it home about 230 species of birds. This sanctuary was created about 250 yrs ago and the name Keoladeo is after the Shiva temple which is with the boundaries of the sanctuary.
After the bird Sanctuary return to the coach and leave for Fatehpur Sikri.
Fathepur Sikri: The mysterious ghost city founded by the Mughal Emperor in the late 16th century. It was the first planned city and the capital of the Mughal Empire. Built with Red Sandstone and composed of pillars, ornamental arches, bracket, chajjas & Jharokhas making it versatile to the Indo Muslim style. After your tour return to the coach and depart for Agra. Lunch will be on Board.
Arrive at Agra after Lunch and board off the train for a tour to the:
Taj Mahal: It is the epitome of Mughal art and one of the most beautiful building in the world. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Made by emperor Shahjehan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz. Made of marble and stands as the symbol of love. Dinner will be at a Local Restaurant in Agra.
Return to your coach and depart for Delhi.

DAY 9: Delhi
Arrival at Delhi Railway Station. On arrival our representative will assist you with your transfer to the airport for your journey back home.
