Our safari trip was outstanding!!!! Everything was well planned out and executed. The resorts were beautiful and the food was amazing. The only complaint that I can comment on was the amount of time driving and the conditions of the roads. The roads were unbelievably rough and bumpy!!! And you do spend quite a bit of time on the road. But that had nothing to do with platinum holidays. Brian was awesome in communicating with us throughout the process (and we did have airline issues) and made sure that everything was in order. I highly recommend this trip through platinum holidays!!!! Our safari trip was outstanding!!!! Everything was well planned out and executed. The resorts were beautiful and the food was amazing. We took the 8 day Masai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru Safari. These guys were amazing!!! I'm singing their praises to everyone I know and will definitely use them again in the future. The accommodations/food was great, our private tour guides were awesome and so knowledgeable, and the safaris were a once in a lifetime experiences. The additional add-on of the elephant orphanage was so worth the money. In addition, I will forever be grateful to Junior for turning a potential trip-ruining mistake into a non-issue. After we arrived at the airport (on a Sunday) there was a problem with our Kenyan entry forms that was going to keep us from going on our trip, Junior stayed on the phone with me for 3hrs and was able to fix the problem ensuring we didn't lose out on our trip. I will be forever grateful to him and the other employees at Travel Discounters.

My birthday getaway was exceptional!

Carol and I had a great trip. Our guides were fabulous. Dawood went above and beyond to make my birthday away from home really special. He arranged to have the lodge decorate our room and then they had a dance and drum parade through the restaurant and delivered a cake to me.
