We booked an 18 day Egypt and South Africa trip with Platinum Holidays. Deodene, our trip advisor did an awesome job. She answered emails quickly and everything went according to plan. All of the accommodations, hotels and lodging were fantastic. The Nile cruise and Egypt guides were exceptional! The activities and tours were amazing. We saw the big five up close and personal! Everyone got a “window“ seat in the open safari vehicle. The package was fairly priced and worth it! I highly recommend this company and tour.

What I liked most:
The transfers - having someone meet us at the airport and get us safely to where we needed to be was great.
Our guide in Victoria Falls was the best. We were with him several times and he was top notch.
The accommodations were awesome and the staff were fabulous!

The itinerary in Cape Town included a hop on hop off bus day. Unfortunately, there was a bike race that day and the buses were not running. We pivoted and adjusted our free day to do the bus. We made the most of it.

Other than that, the accommodations were great, the itinerary worked well, I could not have asked for more.

We booked a trip of a lifetime in Africa. Six countries, almost a month, and arranged for our girls join us for a week in the middle. A pretty ambitious trip that required a fair bit of coordination. I can’t speak highly enough about Junior and the vendors they work with in Africa. Absolutely impressed beyond belief. Everything was seamless, a first class experience. We are experienced travelers and can recognize the effort it took to pull this off. Kudos to Platinum Holidays/Travel Discounters, Pollman’s, Ranger Safaris, and ERM Tours. What an awesome South Africa & Victoria Falls tour! Every day was topped by the next, and the next! Lodging, food, service, safari and cruise activities were all outstanding! Our safari trackers & rangers were able to take us up close for viewings wildlife while educating us. Our group of 6 (3 couples) went home relaxed & inspired!! Thanks for making it happen!!

What an amazing trip! We toured Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa and couldn't be more pleased at how flawless the three-week trip was moving between counties and camps. The safari camps were wonderful and staff at each was so helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciated the wonderful cake and dance one camp organized for my husband's 70th birthday party. Would we recommend Platinum Holidays? ABSOLUTELY! Would we book another trip through Platinum Holidays? IN A HEARTBEAT!
