After breakfast at your Hotel, join your guide for a full day of sightseeing tour of The Great Pyramids & Sphinx + Valley Temple of Khafre followed by a visit to the highly anticipated Grand Egyptian Museum.
The Pyramids of Giza complex is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that remains in one piece.
The pyramids are named after the Pharaohs who built them; Khufu is the tallest, followed by Khafre and Menkaure, which is the one located in the front.
The Pyramids are not decorated inside, and there are no treasures or mummies. You can visit them inside by purchasing a separate ticket. Although it is safe to tour the pyramids inside, you must be relatively fit since you go through steep stairways and low passages; some people also find it claustrophobic.
The tour continues to Khafre’s Valley temple and the Great Sphinx. This famous monument carved out of limestone has the facial features of a man but the body of a lion.
After lunch at a local restaurant, tour continues with visit to the New Grand Egyptian Museum ( GEM ). The highly anticipated Grand Egyptian Museum, which houses the world's most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, has opened some of its galleries.
More than 20 years in the making, this sprawling 120-acre museum near the pyramids of Giza will showcase over 100,000 objects, including treasures from King Tutankhamun's tomb.
However, it is important to note that Tutankhamun's priceless collection is not yet on display. His iconic golden mask and sarcophagus can still be viewed at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square.
Apart from housing a fantastic array of unseen artifacts, this modern building also offers a stunning panoramic view over the Pyramids, linking Egypt's past and present culture in one site.

Our whole experience was top notch!

At the airport, outside the airport and at the hotel there were always someone every step of the way in Egypt. Our days were filled with excitement and travels. To end our travels before the airport we had high tea at the beautiful hotel by the Nile River where Agatha Christi wrote his famous novel “death on the Nile”.
